About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic sales leader who’s obsessed with both driving revenue and developing talent.

You’ll lead a team of 5 AEs and 3 SDRs, working closely with the CRO to build a world-class sales function. Your team will be value-driven sellers and loyalty experts, managing opportunities from inbound, partnerships, and outbound channels.

🔹 Implementing sales enablement & tech utilization

🔹 Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the GTM strategy

What We’re Looking For

🔹 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience, leading both AEs and SDRs

🔹 Experience selling high-velocity deals (~£10,000 ACV)

🔹 Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced eCommerce environment

🔹 Strong ability to scale outbound pipeline using innovative, value-based approaches
